Amazing stay, beautiful property with plenty of space and ideal Condesa location. Diego was brilliant front of house with a warm welcome, great local recommendations and generally helping us during our stay. This is such a good spot for families/couples who like or need more amenities than a hotel room and the whole place feels new and modern throughout.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is in such a cute area. It’s so walkable and there are so many cute cafes and parks nearby. We felt incredibly safe. The hotel itself was top-notch; very clean and modern and the staff were wonderful. It was a great experience and we would definitely return!

Loved this property! Very private and more like n upscale boutique hotel. Service was superior and location was exceptional. 2 suggestions: more wastebaskets in kitchen and bathroom and rooftop continental breakfast ,which was delicious , sometimes ran out of items early.

We liked that the hotel was small, comfortable, new and in a great location. All of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The only thing that would be a nice addition is cocktails on the beautiful rooftop and more breakfast options. Other then those suggestions, everything was perfect.

The Amsterdam by Viadora was the perfect boutique hotel for a Girl’s Trip and our first time in Mexico City. Many things made it a 5-star experience, from the customer service (Dan, Diego, Alexis!), the modern and clean room, quaint walkable tree-lined streets, proximity to parks, restaurants, bars and grocery and safe neighborhood. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

Incredible Balcony!

We stayed in room 502, which is really an apartment with a separate bedroom and living/kitchen rooms. The unit had a luxuriously large balcony which enjoyed at various times of day, especially for morning coffee and late afternoon. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. The continental breakfast was very basic, but was sufficient. Condessa is a beautiful neighborhood and the hotel is close to beautiful parks and many restaurants.

The property was extremely well maintained, and the staff were lovely and attentive. The location is ideal. If you want to be at the heart of Condesa. There are many coffee and restaurant locations all around and a Walmart express grocery about a block away. I would recommend paying in advance as they have a very poor exchange rate if you pay at the property.

Don’t think twice, book this hotel!

We stayed in the presidential suite as a family of five in July 2023. The hotel is excellent, truly a home away from home. Comfortable beds, spotless apartment with every amenity you need for a family. The staff is professional, welcoming and efficient. The hotel is well located in a beautiful part of town. If you’re in two minds about booking the Amsterdam, don’t think twice. You won’t regret your choice!

Great location and facility

Stayed here for a 5 day trip, location is very walkable to many restaurants, nightlife and several other sights such as parks. The space ( 2 br 2 ba presidential suite) was spacious, clean and well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen had coffee maker, ref, cooktop and microwave and ref/freezer. Nice dining table and comfortable living room and large terrace. There was a single washer and dryer on the rooftop which was convenient as it is a small hotel - free to use. Rooftop terrace with space to relax and work etc. Gym was small but adequate. There is a complimentary espresso and tea station in the lobby 24/7. The street and area is shaded and beautiful. Also, their companion property has a pool which you can use ( we did not) Would stay here again or any of their properties without hesitation. Maybe 15-25 minutes from MEX airport depending on time of day. Also, a walmart express is under 5 minute walk on the corner and great for groceries.
