We had a wonderful stay at The Alest Hotel while celebrating my 55th birthday. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and made our stay feel special. The manager personally checked in on my husband and I, and the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail, including nightly turndown service, was wonderful. We also had an amazing experience at the restaurant. I 100% recommend The Alest Hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

An exceptional boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco, just steps away from restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops. Beautiful décor and impeccable cleanliness. The Dyson hair styling set and Santal 33 toiletries made my day! Breakfast is excellent, and Victor is wonderful. I would happily stay here again. Loved it!
