Excellent staff, wifi needs upgrading
Wifi was not good, extremely slow and did not work allot of times. Ac also did not worki n the room, but it was cool enough at night with the windows open it was okay. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean. Staff was excellent

Really nice hotel, modern clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower let it down. It wasn’t a large head and not very powerful. Still, I’d stay here again. Definitely worth the money.

I had a single room and I found it great for what I needed, however it would have been better to have a USB outlet than Euro plugs. Shower pressure was fine, bed was comfortable but no tea or coffee making items in the room. Small desk and lamp if I needed it. No safe.

great value for solo travellers
20mins walk from rail station and 10mins walk from Old town.. nice hotel, covid restrictions observed.. room spotless, comfy bed, good shower etc.. tv and air con in room. very good value for money esp for solo travelers. Polite professional friendly staff and lovely city.

Upåklagelig service i resepsjonen, behjelpelige og hyggelige mennesker! Måtte bytte rom ila oppholdet av uforutsette årsaker, fyren i resepsjonen fikset det på null komma niks. Frokosten var så som så, alt var ferskt og godt, men utvalget var litt labert. Rommene bar stor preg av slitasje, og gardinene kunne ikke trekkes foran alle vinduene, så det var til enhver tid et vindu uten skjerming. Usikker på om det gjelder alle rom eller bare begge rommene jeg var på. Plassering av hotellet var grei, 15min gåavstand til gamlebyen og 6min til nærmeste kjøpesenter. Dagligvarebutikk rett over gaten, veldig beleilig. Alt i alt greit hotell, men en smule overpriset for standarden.

Bardzo dobry hotel- polecam!
Przyejmny pobyt w Lublinie w hotelu Victoria. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i udzieliła wszelkich potrzebnych informacji. Pokój czysty, duzy, wygodne łóżko, dostepna woda, kawa, herbata. Jedyne czego można sie przyczepić, to brak żelu do mycia, ale to drobny szczegół.

Hotel odświeżony, personel na recepcji średnio miły, zaskoczyły mnie " zabezpieczenia" przy recepcji - postawiono wysokie stoliki aby odgrodzić gości od recepcji - wyglądało to wyjątkowo "prosto". Łazienka trochę zniszczona. Winda działa na przyciski które trudno się wciskało.

Hotel po gruntownym remoncie. Wszędzie wszystko nowe,dopieszczone,niesamowita czystość i przytulny pokój, wygodne łóżka. Obsługa bardzo się stara i jest niezwykle pomocna. Śniadania przebogate i dla każdego coś się znajdzie.Wystrój hotelu piękny. Jednym słowem bardzo polecam. Pozdrawiam pracowników i polecam hotel wszystkim odwiedzającym Lublin.
