Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous but needs more training on processes and follow-up with situations. Restaurant has a great ambiance and dinner had an add-on entertainment which was great.

There were no hand towels. And all towels and sheets were slightly dingy and need replacing (hole in one towel and generally towels and sheets looked dirty despite being washed). Staff was really nice. I had dinner one night at the restaurant and the food was great. Breakfast was also a plus.
