"The property was beautiful. Clean room, friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that they reference a continental breakfast but it was on the minimal side. More of a convenient grab and go then what I would consider a continental breakfast. However, there were plenty of options outside of the resort to go get food so this was a small thing. "

"Rooms are a bit outdated. My living room was missing light bulbs. Room was not properly clean. One toilet was loose. Not enough trash bags and in 4 days no room service was provided. The bed was great and the pool was clean."

"Unfortunately I had a bad experience regarding a fish I ate at the restaurant on property. It was spoiled and I ended up having to go to a nearby hospital due to the terrible spoiling effects of the food."

"This was our 25th wedding anniversary and a bucket list trip for us. We had roaches in our room in the room next to us had a dog that would bark at all hours of the night. We went to the front desk and called several times to no avail. Finally, on our third night they said the next morning they would deep clean our room and spray it for bugs. They never did. M when we arrived Our sheets had black stains on them and they were never changed. Our shower had rocks and sand in. It was also never cleaned. Valet parking is a joke. The literally parked our car along side of the highway. Upon checkout, I was so frustrated and disappointed I brought them one of the bugs. At that point, they comped our room charges, which honestly is a bare minimum of what they could’ve done.. but they never removed our breakfast charges which we had prepaid for as part of our reservation. Honestly, we could’ve stayed at a La Quinta and been treated better"
