"The stay was great. We were there for a week. Check in was easy and quick. The lobby doors are locked at 7 pm so you’ll need an access key card that’s given to you at check in. There’s a $10 charge if you don’t return that key. We opted not to use housekeeping the time we were there, I’m not able to speak to the service provided by them. We asked for additional toilet paper once and it was quickly sent to the room. The only small negative I had was that the toilets do not have a toilet cover....

"Book this place they serve breakfast . You Get a 25 dollar credit to their store. Beds are comfy. Studio rooms are equipped with refrigerators and microwaves and dishes. Staff are courteous and friendly. easy check in process. "

"Great hotel at the price point. Staff were so friendly and sweet! The hotel room was surprisingly quite large for NYC! I really enjoyed the location as it was a walkable distance to the subway and many great restaurants. It is located on a quiet street, although I can hear people from outside or the other room… some sounds not the most pleasant…. But I feel like this is expected for many hotels in big cities so not necessarily a con… Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it! Thank...

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"
