"Amazing place to stay. Not exactly what we had pictured (the pool being on the opposite side of the street with a walking bridge to cross) but still amazing. Valet parking is mandatory, charged per night, make note, it’s not included. Everything was clean, organized… free margarita or nonalcoholic at check in. Our only downfall we found, no exhaust fan or lock in the bathroom, but totally not a deal breaker. If you’re questioning, do it!"

"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was very clean, and all of the amenities were clean and well maintained. Everything was organized and in good condition, which made for a comfortable experience. The main areas that could use improvement are the breakfast and the in-room TV. The breakfast was okay, but it was very standard and similar to what you find at most hotels. Considering the location of this Hyatt, I think the breakfast could offer more variety and higher-quality options. The television also feels outdated. It doesn’t support screen mirroring or allow guests to log into streaming services like Netflix or other apps. I was surprised that the TVs haven’t been upgraded, as these features have become standard in many hotels and would significantly improve the guest experience. Lastly, I don’t understand why parking is charged separately when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. I know this isn’t unique to this Hyatt and is common at many hotels, but it’s still a policy that doesn’t make much sense from a guest’s perspective. Including parking in the room rate—or at least offering it complimentary for overnight guests—would make the overall experience much better."

"We had an excellent stay at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. The location is hard to beat—the hotel is right on a beautiful stretch of beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the Gulf without ever needing to leave the property. The amenities were outstanding. We loved relaxing by the pool, the beach service was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, helping make our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beachfront resort with great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere, La Playa is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again."
