We Are Seasoned Superhosts on Another Platform With Several Thousand Reviews. This is A Spacious 2 Room 1 Bath, With a full sized sleeper in the living room. You Will Have The Entire Unit. King Sized Bed With A Pull Out Couch. Partially Enclosed Sitting Area. Floating Docks with Room for 2 Waverunners and it has a Comfortable Kayak Launch On The Imperial River About 1 Mi To The Gulf. Fresh Decorating, Full Size Fridge, 1.5 Mi 2 Beach. Fresh Shower. Bath is off Bedroom. Completely Renovated 11/2022. This is One Half of a Duplex. Safe Neighborhood Not Much Going On Here. Just Peace and Quiet. Close the water the river and the beaches, About 15 miles to downtown Naples, 9 miles to airport, 6 miles to Lovers Key, 9 Miles to Fort Myers Beach. 120 Miles to Miami.

It was a very stressful weekend for us, as we were helping our son, the youngest and first to leave home, move to start a new job hours from home. So, when we finished getting him settled at his new place we dragged our tired selves to our "cute cottage". It was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, relaxing, cozy, clean. With our emotional plates already full, it was a relief to know that our accommodations were something we didn't have to worry about. Would I recommend this place to friends and family? Yes! Would I like to stay here again! Absolutely!

Lovely!

Quant, clean & exactly as depicted. Will definitely stay again on my way to and from. My favorite was the screened porch and the dock for early morning and late afternoon relaxing. Lovely little slice of paradise !
