"It’s the perfect location to stay for a layover from one train to another. Less than 5 minutes from the station. St. Charles Trolley runs in front, and sitting in the lobby for breakfast watching them go by is so nice."

"This is my first time traveling after a long five year illness and I brought my dog. Thank you for accepting pets. Everyone was wonderful. I’d never stayed in New Orleans. Can I come back? Because I’m leaving South Carolina on the 13th and will need to stay there again probably on 15 January."

"Our room was very clean and cozy but unfortunately the only complaint I had was they left trash bags, dirty linens and towels in the hallway for about 2 days. Once it was picked up it didn’t have that trashy vibe anymore."
