"No había neverita en la habitación, teníamos que ir a pedir agua al restaurante en una vaso para llevárnoslo a la habitación, las habitaciones no son tan limpias, fui hace 4 años y todo era súper diferente estaba todo bien en ese resort."

"The space itself was lovely. I absolutely love the resort itself, especially how spacious it is and the large number of pools, bars, and jacuzzis available throughout the property. I’ve stayed at this resort several times before, but on these occasions, the rooms were never particularly impressive to me. The smell of the bed sheets was not very pleasant, and I noticed some hidden broken details in the room, which was disappointing. When you pay for a good room and overall receive one, these small issues still take away from the experience. On the other hand, the food was good, although there was not a huge variety. However, this was not really a problem for me. In addition, the staff was excellent and very attentive. I truly have no complaints about their service."
