Short walk to the shops and restaurants on Myrtle Ave., which has a weekly street fair and market on Friday evenings. Three nearby parks within blocks, with play structures and tennis courts. Also a short drive to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants on Huntington Drive: Target, Trader Joe's, Chipotle and many others. Quiet neighborhood below the San Gabriel Mountains — great for walking!
