Upon arrival you can see the building is in horrible condition. Floors, walls, rooms, chairs, elevator, all in horrible fifthly condition, Roaches everywhere, water leaks everywhere, no working faucets, fifthly room roaches on the beds, headboards everywhere I left immediately. This building should be condemned!!!! I had children with me. My children cried!!!!!
