The staff were all very friendly but the hotel is really tired almost dilapidated. I won’t be staying there again. Just one block off century blvd but felt like a different unsafe world.

Great proximity to LAX, but the building is a bit tired. Staff was excellent. Waited a long time for a bell cart, even though it didn’t seem busy at all. No major complaints, and the price was very reasonable. Would stay again for an early flight out.

Wasn’t able to stay, as went to hotel on day of check in and it has closed. Had no notice from either hotel or Expedia. Now Expedia are refusing to give a refund on the stay that didn’t happen because against ‘policy’ without getting hotels consent
