Brand New Everything! This new posh condo is centrally located to all of Los Angeles's finest venues and all major freeways (405, 10, 105, 5 & 110 Fwys) Nestled in the fine residential area known as Baldwin Hills this condo is in close proximity to LAX, DTLA, Beverly Hills, Century City, Pasadena, Santa Monica, and the beach cities! The condo sleeps 2-3 comfortably and will accommodate up to 4. It offers an outdoor patio/terrace with a spectacular view of Downtown LA's Skyline!

This unit has a spacious open floor plan with new appliances and large quartz countertops. Absolutely no parties or pets allowed. Small gatherings of no more than 6 are acceptable as long as the noise level is kept to a minimum. We like to keep the noise level down to respect other neighbors.
