Small but cozy studio located in the wonderful seaside village of Belmont Shores Long Beach California tons of shops places to eat just steps away from the beach highly recommend. Cool owner, great communication and overall a pleasurable experience.

Decent studio near buzzy 2nd Street

Despite the polyester sheets, this a comfy little studio near the walkable shops and restaurants of 2nd Street.

Johns place was in a perfect location for everything I went to Long Beach for. The place was clean and cozy. Neighborhood was close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute, clean, comfortable!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. It was the perfect place to have a fun weekend before our cruise. The only challenge was parking…. And the guy we found peering inside my car before we pulled our suitcases out.

Cozy apartment in a great area

Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend and it was a great stay! The place was clean and cozy, it was perfect for the weekend. I had a couple small questions and the host was very responsive and helpful. Another nice touch is the area, we didn’t even have to use our car to get food as there’s plenty of places in walking distance and even some rentable scooters in the area. I personally tried the ramen restaurant and the greek one and would recommend both.

Great experience

This studio was so cute! It was so clean when we checked in and check in was easy peasy. The area has many spots to eat at which is nice and parking wasn’t so much of a hassle. Would definitely stay here again in a future Long Beach visit!

Cozy studio near beaches

Comfortable stay for two adults. A/C kept it cool, but was a little noisy for sleeping. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well-equipped. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay, would come again.

Great Experience

The house was perfect for my husband and I. Quiet street, our stay was Monday-Wednesday and the steeets/neighborhood were very chill, we walked everywhere, the walk to the ocean was 10 minutes. Will definitely stay again, great place for the price.

We had a great experience with this little casita by the beach. Host was super nice and flexible- I asked to shift my reservation dates one date earlier and he was so nice about it! Didn’t even charge us the difference in rate for the Friday night! We loved this spot! Will be telling my friends about this location. Thank you John!

Nice studio apartment in heart of Belmont Shore.

This is a nice, clean and well equipped studio apartment in the heart of Belmont Shore. It’s a four unit building with street parking. I had no problem finding parking even on street sweeping day. Perfect place for a couple. Checkin and checkout was simple.

Very professional and friendly! I would utilize this place whenever I’m in town! Easy check in and check out (contactless process was super easy) and the place provided great comforts ex: shampoo, towels, it was set up nicely like a nice hotel would be stocked, it felt like a great “home away from home” experience and five out of five stars from reservation to checkout. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views (a 5 min walk) the stylish decor, and the impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. The location of the rental was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We spent our few days exploring the vibrant city of Long Beach, and did not want to leave. What truly set this rental apart was the exceptional level of hospitality we received from the hosts. They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way!

The studio was in a good location. It was small, but sufficient for sleeping and being close to activity. The communication with the owner was not the best. It eventually worked out but there was some stress with entering the apt. and the info that we are supposed to receive just prior to checking in.

Don't sleep on this one

Great place to stay, exactly as described and pictured. Just a short walk away from restaurants and shops and a few blocks from the beach. Parking can be difficult, but not impossible. I stayed over a weekend and found a place on the same street nearly every time. Only once I had to park on the next block and could cut through a private parking lot to access the unit. Just to note, I am a female traveling alone and felt very safe there. Because of the closeness to the main shopping and eating area there can be minimal noise from people and vehicles outside. The host has provided a white noise machine that helped to drown out any noise. Overall, a great experience. Would stay there again.
