We didn't use the shuttle services as it's for Long Beach Airport only and we need to fly from LAX. We picked this hotel as it looks nice and not far from Long Beach downtown. The staff is professional. The breakfast is okay only.

Everything was great, but the elevator (the one that worked) seemed to be on its last legs and there was no bathroom fan, but overall, a great experience

Staff service is always top notch here. Exercise, pool and hot tub areas are kept up well. One drawback this time was being without water for 8-9 hours during the one day while they updated their system, but we kept ourselves busy outside the hotel while this was happening. Altogether, it was another great stay here!
