GREAT location but L.A. has a bad homeless problem in the surrounding area which only hurts the return tourism business.

Everything was great in the room service was great my only complaint is upon arrival we checked in at 4pm and I had a reservation for 2 rooms and only 1 room was ready the other room did not become available until 6:30pm almost 7pm and still had to check out at 11am room's were great beds comfortable front desk was very nice and accommodating

The room was spacious and great for our family to sleep and get to a basketball game at Crypto arena was super close and convenient. The pool area was so dark at night wish they had some mood lighting and maybe some outdoor heating lamps and music. The breakfast food was pretty bad. Watered down coffee, barely warm hot items and cheapest tasting bread for toast - the oatmeal was good with a variety of toppings. The shower door in our suitte wouldn't stay shut it kept sliding open. Staff were super friendly and helpful with alternative parking options nearby.

Very pretty and clean on the inside, knowing it’s in the city the surrounding area while dirty was a cool and surrounding was a good urban experience. My family and I loved LA and will be coming back soon. This hotel gave us a great experience staff and all included. Only thing I have to ask is to have more variety for the breakfast options and make it more known as a valet only facility.

The place is beautiful, nearby downtown area a bit sketchy. One thing that i didn't like was the $60 per day parking that the hotel charges, was not clear to me when i booked that parking wasnt included.

The area is great in day time and close to all amenities and sports attractions. The night is little less safe and parking is expensive.

Stayed here for one night during trip to catch a hockey game and 6am flight out next day. Pre paid through Expedia and 3 weeks later I see a charge on cc statement from the day we checked out. Called and they said there was damage to room. We didn’t even unpack. I am an avid traveler with so many hotel stays and have never had this happen. No call or email even. I asked why they would not have called or emailed prior or even after charging my cc and they said they have the right to charge my card even without my consent. Beware of extra charges from this hotel after the fact!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed are stay at Residence Inn Los Angeles. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Will stay here again.

Room has great space but need some face lifts . However saw pictures in their elevator displaying the new upgrades to the rooms.If they go through with these upgrades , this hotel would be one of the best hotels in downtown L.A

I didn’t like the parking, only Valet or you have to find parking in surrounding area. Valet can be expensive depending on what kind of car you have.

Overall it was an okay stay. Unfortunately there wasn’t a full gym available due to remolding. When I went into my room I had found red and white confetti on the couch, room was decently cleaned. Breakfast was okay eggs and potatoes were cold. The staff was friendly and polite. 6/10

Great location and FRIENDLY STAFF.. Rooms are VERY NICE… only 2 complaints… The safe in our room was not working. There is no alarm clock to tell the time in the middle of the night or day. Other than that we will DEFINITELY stay again!!

This property is in a great location. Close to all the major places in downtown LA. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The room and hotel was very clean. Only drawback was having to valet park, as that was the only option for parking.
