Manhattan Beach is one of the most charming towns in the US. This incredible apartment is not only right in town and really close to the ocean, it is also super quiet. Recently remodeled, it is spacious, up the street from the beach, and around the corner from incredible restaurants, grocery shopping, boutiques, and the fabulous MB Creamery. Park your car and walk everywhere! Sun and ocean breezes come in throughout the day. You will be calling your friends to tell them about the steal you found in Manhattan Beach. It’s designed specifically to be extremely comfortable for a fabulous getaway.
The apartment has unique amenities. You will have a coveted parking spot right in town (PLEASE NOTE - A LARGE SUV WILL NOT FIT IN THE PARKING SPOT). It's also one of the few places at the beach with air conditioning (Hopefully not needed, but you never know). For kids and adults we have sand toys, boogey boards, beach towels and umbrellas. And of course, the unbeatable location.

This is an apartment to relax in with friends or family. Absolutely no parties whatsoever, or loud noise. Please respect the neighbors.

Note that the unit is on a second story and that it is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.

Check in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Key-less entry with an individual code for each guest for optimal safety.

Great property for our stay
This was a great little property for our stay, we were in town visiting family. The location is an easy walk downtown and up to our family's house. Property was clean and cozy. My only reservation was the garage door that is controlled by the other tenants and the opening of the door began at 5:30AM. Other than that - cutest home in a beautiful location, we appreciate the opportunity to stay!

Fantastic rental!
This was one of the best set up rentals I have ever stayed at! I am a host as well and I even took photos of some of the things that were done in the house that were great ideas! Location is perfect as well. I travel to Manhattan Beach about 3 times a year and will definetly be renting this property again!

Can not say enough about how perfect this place was! The location could not have been any better for us- a short walk to town, the beach, and the best restaurants MB has to offer! We loved staying at this property and will definitely be returning! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, welcoming, and just right for our family. Allisen, the owner, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. She and her husband were very thoughtful when putting the apartment together and all the little details made a huge difference during our stay (outlets attached to the wall for easy plug-in access, laundry pods ready for use, beach towels included, TV trays near the kitchen, a few condiments available for use, the right amount of dishes and utensils, comfortable linens, and more). The apartment was comfortable, clean, and very cozy. This property is a gem!
