Manhattan Beach is one of the most charming towns in the US. This incredible apartment is not only right in town and really close to the ocean, it is also super quiet. Recently remodeled, it is spacious, up the street from the beach, and around the corner from incredible restaurants, grocery shopping, boutiques, and the fabulous MB Creamery. Park your car and walk everywhere! Sun and ocean breezes come in throughout the day. You will be calling your friends to tell them about the steal you found in Manhattan Beach. It’s designed specifically to be extremely comfortable for a fabulous getaway.
The apartment has unique amenities. You will have a coveted parking spot right in town (PLEASE NOTE - A LARGE SUV WILL NOT FIT IN THE PARKING SPOT). It's also one of the few places at the beach with air conditioning (Hopefully not needed, but you never know). For kids and adults we have sand toys, boogey boards, beach towels and umbrellas. And of course, the unbeatable location.

This is an apartment to relax in with friends or family. Absolutely no parties whatsoever, or loud noise. Please respect the neighbors.

Note that the unit is on a second story and that it is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.

Check in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Key-less entry with an individual code for each guest for optimal safety.

The location is incredible. The communication with the owner is amazing. The apt is very clean and well appointed. It was also quiet and given how close to town it is, I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay. The location is great for the beach and exploring MB. The place is very organized and has everything you need. We loved the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas!

Perfect family getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay here so much, the place was immaculate, all the details have been thought about (extra towels, beach toys and chairs, etc.) You can walk to anywhere in the main part of Manhattan Beach!

Perfect stay

We had a family trip out to Manhattan Beach (4 adults and a toddler) and this place was perfect; it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is located very close to restaurants/shops, and the pier. Highly recommend!

Perfection!

Can not say enough about how perfect this place was! The location could not have been any better for us- a short walk to town, the beach, and the best restaurants MB has to offer! The owners left no stone unturned- the furnishings were very comfortable and they thought of all the little extras to make one’s stay feel like home away from home!

Fantastic rental!

This was one of the best set up rentals I have ever stayed at! I am a host as well and I even took photos of some of the things that were done in the house that were great ideas! Location is perfect as well. I travel to Manhattan Beach about 3 times a year and will definetly be renting this property again!

Home away from home!

We loved staying at this home. It was incredibly well located....so easy to walk to restaurants, the beach and the grocery store! Great bagel and coffee shop nearby too! Lovely two bedroom home, very clean and nicely furnished. There were even condiments and coffee in frig! Washer dryer and all of the amenities of home. The owner is a dream to work with! We'll be back for sure!

I highly recommend this place. It was perfect within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Grocery store one block away. It was quiet and peaceful.

Immaculate, comfy and cute with great location

What a fabulous beach cottage for our family! First and foremost, the place is immaculate and well stocked. The beds and sheets were so comfy I want to know where I can get some for myself. While not a large unit, the place felt spacious. Anything you could need was considered. We did have trouble with the LG smart TV and trying to figure out how to tune into local TV, but it wasn’t important enough to ask them for assistance. And the parking spot does test your skill to get into a tight spot. But nice to have a dedicated space in a popular beach town. It was a very short walk to the beach, pier and shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it and if I ever need to stay in Manhattan Beach or the LA area, I will definitely check the availability of this place. Thank you for such a nice stay!

fantastic place

This upstairs apartment was sparkling clean and included everything one could possibly want-comfortable beds, linens, great shower, full kitchen, big screen and great sofa for lounging. The location is a couple blocks from Manhattan Beach main street lots of shops and restaurants. We walked roughly 3 blocks downhill to the shore and enjoyed several ocean strolls.If we had anything negative to say, it was the designated parking space was very narrow. We have a sedan and the driver had to crawl to the passenger side to get out! Not sure a wider vehicle like an SUV or truck would fit. We managed though without incident.

Great property for our stay

This was a great little property for our stay, we were in town visiting family. The location is an easy walk downtown and up to our family's house. Property was clean and cozy. My only reservation was the garage door that is controlled by the other tenants and the opening of the door began at 5:30AM. Other than that - cutest home in a beautiful location, we appreciate the opportunity to stay!

Dream home!

I never leave reviews for these things, but golly this was a great property. My family of four comfortably stayed in this place. It was super easy to access, the location was great and walkable to beach and restaurants. The place was clean and we made use of the included laundry. Nice little get away for us after a water polo tournament. Thanks for helping us make memories!
