We loved staying here as a family with a small child. The location is great, close to Santa Monica and Venice but very quiet and always has parking. The accommodation is private with a balcony overlooking the golf course. It has everything you need! Would definitely recommend.

The space was larger than it appeared in the photos, was well-decorated and clean. It was located on a quiet street that was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. I would stay here again on my next trip to LA!

Such a welcoming place to stay in Santa Monica. We felt very relaxed. And loved the location. The host were available any time, but we had everything were could possible want in the rooms. Enjoyed would recommend staying there and we will probable again.

Very clean and nice studio. Large enough for card games and a family dinner with our son and daughter in law. It is close to a small airport but It is not very busy and I enjoyed watching the airplanes from our patio. Would stay there again.

Wonderful rental in residential area directly across from gold course in Santa Monica. Large studio with high ceiling and architectural space with all the accoutrements: sink, fridge, microwave, stove, big TV screen, etc. Also nice bedding and plenty of seating as well as dinner table and chairs. Esmail and Maryam are very nice hosts and Esmail was very responsive and communicative. Location in Santa Monica makes this large suite a good value. The property is on a quiet street across from a golf course in a residential neighborhood, but in the flight path of the Santa Monica Airport so small plane traffic noise is heard only during the day. The bathroom is a bit small and with limited shelf/counter space for toiletries. The room has a vaulted ceiling and working gas fireplace.

Thanks for providing a great space for my visit. It was the perfect location and best of all always had parking nearby. Only suggestion would be to provide some silverware for the unit as not all takeout will give silverware. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

This location worked for us because it’s 6 blocks from our son. However, it’s not really walking distance to stores and restaurants. If you have a car, it’s very convenient. Nice to be able to watch people golf across the street! One word of warning: there are 2 flights of steps to get into the unit. We are seniors with compromised abilities so this was a little challenging.

It's a nice place with a view of the putting green of a local golf course (across the street). I thought that was fun. There are a couple of places to sit outside but it happened to be cool so we didn't use them, but they would have been nice on the right day. You have complete privacy. While the owners are next door - you have a completely private entry. Park on 21st (as in front of the place is no parking). If you like to sleep in a dark place, this isn't it as there are street lights that make the room fairly light for the night. I used a sleep mask and it was no problem.

This small studio is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Santa Monica. The unit has everything you need in a relatively compact space. Our only complaints are that the closest coffee shop is at least 1/2 a mile away (and we didn't have a car), and the bathroom is awkward to use as there is no shelf or counter space. We suggested the owners add a couple of shelves. Also, no towels were left in the bathroom and it took us a few minutes to discover where they were hiding in a closet. But other than those minor challenges, this is a great quiet unit tucked away in a nice neighborhood of Santa Monica with everything you need.
