I felt like the hotel was fine. Just fine nothing bc crazy or spectacular I did like the breakfast but it’s not complimentary .. some of the staff made me feel like I was some person off the street when I was walking around the hotel looking for things and it made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there so that was awkward .. I’ve stayed at Bette placed for 400 a night .. again it was just fine nothing more or less .

Area seemed safe and hotel room was quiet. Easy and convenient parking. When we first arrived, there was a power problem in our room caused by a tripped GFI breaker. Staff responded quickly and fixed. Bathroom was small but room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Would not recommend for 3 people but it worked for us during our short 2 night stay.

Convenient location to Old Pasadena and shopping and restaurants, easy access to LA freeways. There is something wrong with the sewage stack, however; every once in a while our bathroom would smell terrible, through no effort in our part!

It was quiet and safe. Our window had the view of the back of another building. The breakfast was too expensive for what was served. The location was walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. No lotion in room so bring some with you. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

The updated gym is great, could use a few more items though. Also it was so warm in there! Like 5 degrees more and increased as people came in. I like how close it is to the shopping and restraurants on Colorado, but the gas station attracts some transients and when the windows face the Shell you can see some bad behavior. If you keep the shades drawn it's fine but don't put kids on that side of the building.

It’s a great area. A lot of options for dining, shopping, and bars. A good hotel for a weekend trip. The room was clean and staff helpful.

Very overpriced! Rooms are dumpy, outdated and smelled like raid! Was not able to get room freshend up because we were only staying 2 days. The location is good, otherwise not at all what we expected and not at all worth the money.

Dangerous shower, no anti stick and no shower mat. Woman outside screaming profanities day and night (not the hotel's fault, just local crazy person). Diniing option not great. Very clean and pleasant room, good TV and pleasant, helpful staff.

We only stayed one night so really can't comment on much. The room was recently renovated and very nicely appointed and laid out. The breakfast was delicious, if expensive. Wed stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Funny little things bothered me. Most importantly there was no bureau or dresser to put your small clothing items... shirts socks etc. also it was a cramped sink area, which was outside the toilet shower room and adjacent to the closet. Because we had to keep all our clothes in the closet it was always a jam up. three doors all converging in one small area.

I like this hotel. I stay here every time I go to old town Pasadena. They recently did away with valet service, which I’m sad about.

Came down for a dodgers game and couldn’t find a nice hotel within my budget near the stadium so we decided to stay in Pasadena. Definitely was the right choice choosing this hotel, it’s super quiet and safe, there’s many stores and restaurants nearby. Super convenient. Although having to be changed rooms from a king to 2 queen beds due to remodeling, I really really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back!
