Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Dalia was a pleasure to communicate with. The home was centrally located to all tourist attractions. Parking was never a problem, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet at night.

We stayed for a weekend while we were in the area. Great property. Looks just like the pictures. Very convenient location.Just a quick drive to Universal Studios ( more than 7 minutes)Area felt safe and was close to restaurants.

Exquisite Home!

Property was well msintained, clean and accommodating. Everything we could have needed was provided. 1000 times better than any hotel with more amenities for an affordable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful fully loaded home (there were even board games! ) in a quiet neighborhood at an affordable price. Bravo to the hostess. You are top tier!

Very Cute Townhouse

We were all excited when we walked into this property. Ample room in all 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. All the amenities you offered, made the stay worthwhile. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room space was perfect. Close to all of the attractions that we were going to visit, just wished we could've stayed longer. we highly recommend this property if visiting this area, The host was quick to response with our needs.

Awesoke place for Universal and a family!

I like a little more room than a hotel when traveling with the family (5). We did 2 days at Universal and this place was great to unwind each night. I really like cooking our meals, and we had 4 bathrooms! Each kid had their own bed. They were happy; I was happy. Great hosts and a very new unit! Would stay again.

Fantastic home and location

Beautiful townhouse centrally located in Studio City/Sherman Oaks. Just a couple blocks from great food and entertainment. The townhouse was extremely clean with all the necessary items that make a house a home (away from home). The owner was so sweet and always answered any questions I had within a few minutes of inquiry. I highly recommend this fantastic home for your next stay in Southern California. I will definitely stay again!

Lovely property in a great area

For us as a family group of one couple and two other single adults the town house in Sherman Oaks was an ideal vacation rental. We all had separate quarters with our own bathrooms. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Sherman Oaks is a tranquil residential area and street parking was a breeze. We’ll done to the hosts for providing the quintessential home away from home experience.

Beautiful

The location was excellent! The place was beautiful and spotless! Would absolutely book again. The only downfall was the propertys description. We booked because of the location, bedroooms and garage. Unfortunately we werent able to use the garage even tho the description said it has a garage. We tried to contact host but we weren't unable to get a hold of them so we parked in front of the building which was no problem. They were notified and hope they can fix the description for futher guests! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy & Convenient

This townhome has three comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with a rice cooker, electric kettle, and anything else that you could possibly need. The street parking was easy and accessible, and the property was safe and secure. It took between 15-20 minutes to get to Universal Studios (not seven!), but it was a clear shot from either the freeway or city streets. Aside from occasionally hearing neighbors through shared walls, the only negative thing about this property was the timer lights in the bathrooms. Kids (and adults) sometimes take more than 10 minutes to bathe or use the bathroom, and plunging the room into total darkness is a dangerous hazard, especially on potentially wet tile floors.
