My 17 year old, my 11 year old, and myself stayed here for two nights the last week of May 2024. We absolutely loved this hotel, and will definitely be returning! Would recommend, 10/10 experience. The ONLY issue we had, if you can even call it an issue: the in room guest booklet states that laundry services are provided same day, if it’s dropped off by 10am. I dropped off a bag of our laundry at 9:30am on Tuesday morning and called on Tuesday evening to see when it would be done. I was told that their laundry service quoted my fluff and fold bag for a Thursday completion, which was a huge problem because we were due to check out on Wednesday. I believe the hotel staff should have caught that themselves, HOWEVER, they were able to get our clothing back from their facility by our check out time. Undone, of course, but I’m happy we didn’t have to come back to Los Angeles for our laundry the next day. I say all of that as a warning to ask about the laundry return time before dropping it off, but honestly, this was a tiny problem and was quickly remedied by the hotel staff. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to come back
