"El Casco is a fantastic hotel. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was perfect and so was the morning breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back in the future."

"First of all, the staff were very nice and attentive. The problem was no WiFi and they couldn’t tells us why. There are no safes in the room and the ones at the desk were full. The television was terrible with 3-4 channels and in general, the hotel is overpriced."

"Fabulous view of the lake from our room. Unfortunately, traffic noise is quite loud which meant shutting the window and then the room was too warm. Outside lights are very bright and the curtains don't keep the light out. Comfy bed and a spacious suite. "
