"Great place."

"Great rooms with an unforgettable lake and mountain view. The indoor/ outdoor pool and spa were great!"

"Good stay. Room was clean and service was great. Staff was very helpful with navigating the city and its amenities. Hotel parking is safe, but expensive."

"Everything was good! All perfect"

"Wonderful property, excellent breakfast and incredible jacuzzis in each room"

"Property is in a beautiful lake view setting. Peaceful and relaxing. The new expansion is gorgeous. Must stay there next time"

"Very nice hotel, big room and nice design"

"Excelent Location and great services !!!"

"It was a great experience for my fiancé and I. Pablo was very helpful and and had great recommendations for things to do."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Excellent facilities, roomy suites with lake views, and delightfully away from the main tourist areas, though amenities are within walking distance. Hiking trails are close by. I highly recommend this superb hotel."

"At 6am I can smell the aroma of freshly baked medialuna which it is the best in the country. Mariana the owner is very lovely lady."

"Staff amazing"

"Great place to stay right in front of the lake. Staff was friendly and the hotel is well maintained and very clean."

"Nice"

"The staff was very helpful and the property is well located, but the property is old and it shows in the maintenance of the rooms, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures are worn and leak a little bit, and the general feeling is of an old place that begs for a refurbishment. The lobby is cozy and the food at the restaurant for breakfast is good."

"Clean but outdated room, nice staff, helpful staff, good breakfast, very nice location. "

"Good hotel , good breakfast, good people "

"Great spot for a night in Bariloche."

"The room smelled like cigarettes, in the bathroom persisted through the whole stay even after complaining to the staff. The room had plumbing problems and the cooking top was not working properly. The place has nice surroundings though."
