"This hotel was beyond perfect for our purposes. It was a sanctuary of calm just far enough away from bustling downtown Bariloche and yet a very easy drive to all of the area’s amazing natural attractions. We had a vehicle so we wanted to avoid any surprise parking concerns / fees, which likely would have been the case in-town. All of the staff were completely professional and could not have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!"

"Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top. Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order. Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing. I would return to/recommend this property."
