Excellent boutique property. Wonderful rooms, great views, attentive staff, nice restaurant. Our deluxe room had a sauna and steam shower. The hotel has a heated pool and access to a beach on Lake Nahuel Hapi.

Our suite was clean, spacious and had many amenities. A mini fridge, microwave, sauna, whirlpool tub and steam shower. The view from the room was spectacular and we enjoyed gazing out the window at the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and also made to order options. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. Flavio, at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place to stay!

This was perhaps the finest facility we have ever experienced in our extensive travels around the world. The Charming Lodge is exactly that - charming! The location is wonderful. Close to town and easy access to other points of interest, as well. It is right on the lake and the views are breathtaking. The staff is absolutely wonderful - sweet, kind, and eager to please. The accommodations are wonderful. The food is AMAZING!
