"The room was advertised as a double room and indeed there was a double bed in it. The issue was that the double was a small double and pushed up against the window wall so access from both sides was impossible. The room as clean, the bathroom more than adequate and the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and always present."

"cela la 3 eme fois que j'y allais et la derniere j'ai eu un couloir comme chambre tres petite pour 2 tres sale et en plus pour la derniere nuit fuite d'eau venant des toilettes du haut lit innondé j'ai eu comme remplacement avec bcp d'insistance 1 chambre simple pour 1 personne pour 2 ils ont mis un lit d'appoint ne savais meme pas accéder à l'évier A EVITER"

"The location of the hotel is fantastic with central London all in walking distance. We had an apartment room which suited us perfectly for the week. The kitchenette was a great asset. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were always very responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel."
