The entire home is yours from check-in to check-out. No shared spaces, no other
guests — three bedrooms, a private garden and two full floors, all exclusively yours.
Our team greets you personally on arrival.

- Early check-in, late check-out & luggage storage on request (fees apply —
message us at least 24 hours in advance)

⚠ Good to know before you arrive:

- Split-level home — ground-floor entrance with a staircase leading down to the
basement bedrooms and garden. Please bear this in mind with heavy luggage or
mobility requirements — our team is happy to assist on arrival.
- Noise — the property is well shielded from street noise. Occasional sounds from
adjacent properties are possible but generally minimal. The garden is a quiet
retreat.
- No air conditioning — portable fans provided. Central heating and radiant
radiators keep the home comfortable year-round. July and August can be warm
but the garden makes it very liveable.
- Wi-Fi — 146 Mbps throughout, verified by speed test. Any issues? Contact us
immediately and we'll resolve it fast.
