Loved this hotel. Perfect location on quiet street, but restaurants, pubs, and public transportation just a few blocks away. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with giving directions and arranging transportation needs. Highly recommend

We loved this boutique hotel! It was 4 minutes from Victoria Station, and super charming! Our room had a spacious loft for our teens, and housekeeping was great about restocking the room each day. We also loved the cookies in the lobby each afternoon/evening. Air conditioning and portable fans were a huge plus during the August heatwave! The area was also quiet and felt safe. We would stay here again!

The room was neat and tidy. Even though it was on the smaller side, it was well laid out so it didn’t feel cramped. Large bathroom with seperate bath/shower. Great location to transport subway/buses and plenty of food options nearby.

The rooms were very clean. And the staff was very helpful. I needed to do laundry and the young lady at the desk I can't remember her name now was very helpful and helping me find a laundromat to do laundry which was very convenient. Everything was in walking distance even Buckingham Palace was like a 10-minute walk. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station were both within walking distance of maybe 5 minutes. The layout of the hotel it's a little tight but workable don't let them give you room 211 if you have any kind of disability it's very hard to navigate.

Both Rafaela and Katherine were excellent! They made check in and check out a breeze. They were both friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely and provided a quiet, and safe respite from the hustle and bustle of London. It is located in an idyllic location and I would highly recommend this hotel to other foreign travelers such as myself.
