For a no frills hotel, very impressed. Small room but we only needed it for sleeping, excellent shower and working air conditioning and WiFi. Excellent location, 30 min walk into the West End.

Perfect for what we wanted

Perfect for what we wanted. A very small room but we weren’t spending time there so it didn’t matter. The receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a first floor room on request. The room was spotlessly clean.

Good budget hotel in central London. Basic but comfortable. Large shower. No breakfast provided but plenty of good cafes nearby. I was able to leave my luggage at reception for £5. Would happily stay there again.

Convinient location however pretty worn down and room was right under a trainline so pretty loud. They also charge 5 pounds to hold you bag and they tried to charge me twice.

What an amazing location with a safe, comfortable, and clean room. We spent our travels exploring so it was incredibly easy to drop our stuff and walk from this property. Staff are hardworking and care about you. Would recommend to all. Rooms are small but what else do you need!

Great location…but

Location, location, location!!! Nice neighborhood near Victoria Station. Near pubs, stores, etc. But…3rd floor sucks after a day of walking the city. Also- the toilet situation is a challenge. We could not sit on the toilet without arms in the sink. It’s a tight squeeze- not for the faint of heart.

Stayed here 3 years ago and although small and not top of the line it does what it needs to. All of the essentials are provided and bed is comfy. Rooms are small but that's to be expected. Unfortunately got a basement room this time (top floor last time) but room was larger. AC works fantastically.

I was going to cancel my reservation after reading the reviews more. I’m glad I didn’t! The service from the check in manager was lovely- even offered to help pay for parking as I couldn’t download an app. Also offered help with bags and very courteous each time. Location is superb and easy access to the bus service of London! You can get almost anywhere from Victoria! It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed in but I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse. Good value , budget hotel.

Overall a great stay on a tight budget. While the deluxe double room is quite small - with only a bit of walking room around the bed to the desk, mirror and window, it was still comfortable and cosy and the air-con really helped during the hot summer days. The bathroom was a great size and the shower (built in with a normal head and ceiling rain head) was perfect. If you’re a pillow fiend like me be sure to ask for an extra one on your first night as the bed only has one on each side. Checkout was super easy and the front desk were always helpful. Good supply of tea, coffee and milk cups too. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking to explore Pimlico and Victoria!
