Amazing stay. Room 8. The staff where amazing. So so helpful. Andreas at reception was fantastic. Loved the feel of the hotel and so near Oxford street. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in London. Mostly due to this hotel. They were very accomidateing to my special needs(on crutches) on thy fly at check-in. The staff is super friendly and welcoming-not sure where all the few negative feedsbacks came from. We will stay again and we also will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent stay

I had a single room which was small but very comfortable. Slightly larger than usual single bed which was really comfortable. Everything you could need arranged very well in such a small space - fridge, kettle, desk and chair, nice shower etc. staff really lovely.
