The Gate was fabulous. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was clean and had everything my husband I needed. The staff helped me with recommendation and directions. I am a very picky person and I loved and definitely will stay there again when I return to London.

The hotel was located close to shops and restaurants and was walking distance to many popular locations. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were as very friendly and helpful. The room was as described and appointed very well.

Nice clean rooms that was spacious enough for two. Walkable as we were able to explore the area. Breakfast was good with good options. Nice view of the city with large floor-to-ceiling windows. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, friendly, great location. Room layout was good, thought I wished the area around the bed was bigger. Kitchen is well equipped and the fridge was biggest I’ve seen in an aparthotel. The lounge on 5th floor with free coffee is a nice touch and a good place to work at. Location super convenient for the tube, you can also walk to shoreditch in 10 mins. Overall it was a good stay but I’ll probably book a bigger room next time.

Loved the area near Brick Lane. Tons of food options. So close to major tube lines, easy access to Heathrow on Elizabeth Line close by. The staff were super helpful. We forgot to bring an adapter for our devices and they gave us one to use for our stay. Staff were helpful with providing ice when needed at the bar. Very safe and secure location with lots to do close by.

The room, staff, breakfast, lounge and overall amenities were all excellent. The location could be better either. I visit London semi-regulary and know the lodging options very well. This particular apart-hotel is amongst the best I've experienced and it's my new first choice to look up whenever I expect to be back in The City.

We were early and asked to store luggage. It turns out our room was already ready and the staff were more than happy to accommodate a complimentary early check in which made things very smooth.
