Excellent location just a few blocks from Gloucester Road tube station with 3 lines to get around to everywhere. Many great breakfast places around the neighborhood to choose from in the morning. Only issue was lack of AC during the unusually sweltering 2026 summer in London, but a fan made it manageable.

Great location and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Walkable neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, groceries and museums. Staff were friendly and readily stored our luggage as we arrived early. The small lounge area was a pleasant comfortable place to sit in. The hotel provided fans due to the heat. The room was small, but we have come to expect that in London. Would definitely stay here again .

I loved the location and the charm of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have had a steamer or iron in my room as well as AC. It was very warm in London during my stay so no AC made for uncomfortable nights.

A very pleasant stay in an ideal location in the Kensington area (perfect for the museums and V&A hall etc). The room is small! However it was very clean, the check in and check out was very efficient, and it all worked perfectly for the purpose of our stay. Would come again!
