"Wonderful stay at The Langham this weekend. The staff are fantastic especially Rodrigo on reception who just makes you feel so welcome!! A credit to the hotel. Room was nice and bed super comfortable and room and bathroom cleaned spotlessly daily. Overall everything you’d expect of one of the top hotels in London. Highly recommended for a central London stay."

"This hotel was amazing, breakfast was always hot and fresh!! Food tasted great. The room was spacious and very clean, ac could be set at the temperature you wanted. Gym was very clean and smelled nice."

"Checking in, or even reserving in the first place, can be remarkably difficult if you don’t have a smartphone. My check-in agent was wonderfully helpful, and eventually figured out a way to provide me with the necessary “key” in spite of my iPad-based reservation. Still, prepare yourself for a bit of a struggle…"

"Room was clean and bed majorly comfortable but furniture and decor looked very tired. Fantastic view onto the bridge. Breakfast was first class, hot tasty and fresh. Staff could not do enough for you and were welcoming and very pleasant. We have been coming to this hotel for over 30 years."

"No air conditioning which is becoming increasingly necessary now. Have to open windows which makes it noisy being on a main road. Small table fan was noisy. Room and bathroom tight space but clean. Overall the hotel was clean. Should add small towels for bathing if using liquid soap."
