It was a last minute booking as I stayed at work so late, it was a great spot 2 minutes from Oaddington, comfy, cheap… dated but that would never bother me… excellent wifi so happy days

Norfolk inn

Convenient hotel near to Paddington station and walkable to my place of work. I was out all day and night so can’t really judge it. But a tired hotel in need of a makeover.

It was dirty the worst place i ever been the bed was stained there ware insekts was only there 2 min before i started looking for a new hotel i don’t recommend at all the worst one ever i wouldn’t even wish that upon my enemies to have room like that

nice people...but i had to ask for a chair (there was none in the room) and for a water glass (there was none ... and he gave me a cardboard coffee cup)...room was cleaned only once in a six night stay, and then the maid left the dirty wet towels on the floor and did not even replace the toilet paper (which i had to ask for)....lumpy creaky bed

Give this place a miss

Hotel is rundown and in need of a revamp. Not the bestvplace I've stayed. I found thebolace with great difficulty, this is due to the Hotel sign being a hand written A4 paper stuck to one of the windows - not ideal.

Cheap price...so dont complain if its not 5 star.

Guys at desk were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe there, around corner from the trains, tight next to loads of cafes and 5 mi s to Hyde park. Look what do you expect for 63 sterling a night. Guys said they need to do repairs but they are always booked out. Best do snag list and just do one room at a time. Has potential to be more, they are doing their best.sheets and towels v white and bed was comfy.

While i wasn't expecting a five star notel, this inn is very dirty and unkept. The tv advertised in the room is tiny and doesnt work. There is no battery in the tv remote control, no rubbish bin in the room just to mention a few. I won't be going to this in again

was told we will have a bathroom with toilet and shower inside the room but instead when we got there the toilet was separate in the hallway with other rooms, in the morning the radiator turned on and was spitting out boiling water next to the bed, very unsafe not happy at all

Window broken, could not close. Room not cleaned rubbish on floor from prior guests. Tap loose. Rubbish bins never emptied during my 3 day visit.
