Great location. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. Room was clean and had a modern bathroom and aircon. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and easy to get to theatres etc. I would definition stay again.

Breakfast was very nice. Location to the British Museum and library were very convenient.
Great location, comfy beds, fantastic breakfast. Very quiet location near to Euston/Kings Cross. Perfect for a couple of nights at a very good price point.
Clean room and love the keyless feature. And close to museums and access to trains/tubes and buses. I can recommend to families and friends if staying in London for a short period of time.
Great hotel in a clean nice neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the family room with four beds so nobody had to share. Breakfast was great with a full English or simple Egga on toast if we wanted. The underground was only a block away so it was very easy to get where we wanted to go.

The property was old and could use a refresh. Well located near the British Museum and transport. Small breakfast area, so allow enough time to get or wait for a table. Attentive staff.
The rooms are not soundproof at all and ours was very small. We could only walk around the bed turned sideways. The garden area was locked. The air conditioner kept turning itself off. The toilet buttons were broken. The room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels. The breakfast was good. It is a good location.
We stayed here June 2026. The room was clean, very efficient (small) but suited our needs just fine. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so having 3 separate beds was ideal. Location to transit and walking to shopping and dining was great. The included breakfast was fantastic. They have made to order menu with several options to please everyone. The breakfast staff were very nice. We have stayed in the area before, and this hotel was as expected in that it’s an older building, but it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom updated. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Room could do with renovation but was comfortable and slept fine.
The Regency House Hotel is a small establishment on Gower St. The street itself can get noisy at night. The hotel itself was great. It's conveniently located near Tottenham Court Road with easy access to busses and the underground. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance. The team that runs the hotel is very hard working and caring. They made sure that our needs were met, and they were invariably friendly and helpful.
Loved this private hotel in a great neighborhood in London. Much to do closeby, front desk staff was amazing, and the hot breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Very quiet at night as well.
Great location with easy access to lots of areas using Euston Street or Warren Street tube stations. Room was perfect for our overnight stay and the breakfast was lovely
Clean room. Perfect for a one person room. Good location.

If you stay in a family suite, it’s a tight fit. Ours had a double bed, and two twins placed on either side of ours. There was a narrow walkway between. The bathroom was also very compact. On the plus side there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We didn’t get to try breakfast as the room was full and we had to leave for the airport. There was a QR code to order ahead but we didn’t see that in time. If you’re looking for a budget hotel with nice amenities, this could work for you.
