The staff were really hospitable and the hotel lobby is quite lovely. However, when I got to my room, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom - some sort of drainage issue which had the bathroom and room smelling like a sewer. I immediately notified front of house, and a cleaner came immediately, he just sprayed around a few times in hopes that the smell would go, but it didn’t solve it long term. The room was very small and compact, I left with bruises because I was bumping into everything! The hotel is also on a very busy back road, and people seem to loiter outside of the hotel and make up a lot of noise. The sound proofing isn’t good at all, you can literally hear everything going on. On a positive note, the bed was super comfy, and they had a google cast which allowed us to stream from our own Netflix account. I probably won’t return to this hotel, it wasn’t the best value for money

Above the bed on the ceiling was a massive water stain and the ceiling was cracked. In addition the tables in the restaurant were stained and had not been cleaned despite it being very quiet.

The aesthetic was unique although probably not exactly the style I would typically go with. Everything was nice in the rooms (art, lights, bathroom, etc.) but some things just didn't seem to work. I could only turn on the TV when holding the remote at a specific angle, the window (which was facing the motorway) wouldn't completely shut, and some of the fittings in the bathroom seemed to be loose or were missing. Finally the location just wasn't the best being difficult to get to and park. All in all it was a good stay but probably would find a cheaper hotel next time.

The worse Radisson I have ever stayed in rooms smelled of sewerage. Tap was falling off in the room. Every guest I spoke to had complained about the smell. There's only one lift which seems to get used to service the rooms and not the guests.

Nice outside & communal areas ONLY
The staff were helpful, and restaurant, lobby and bar were all lovely.... however the room was outdated, and mouldy smell was very strong.... Mould spores clearly visible on extractor fan (above toilet), hung toilet and shelfing coming off from the wall, toilet flush falling off the wall, black mould in shower along the bottom (just above tray area)... the room itself was nice - the windows couldn't close properly, but that was not an issue, as had to sleep with window open because mould smell was strong - Would have complained but I was unwell and husband pointed out we were just staying overnight and leaving in the morning.
