Welcome to our thoughtfully designed studio in the heart of London! This cozy and comfortable space is perfect for your stay in the city, offering everything you need for a delightful and convenient experience.

The open-plan living area is the heart of the studio, featuring a plush double bed where you can rest and relax after a day of exploring the city. There's also a corner sofa where you can unwind while watching your favourite shows on the widescreen TV ( own login required to access the smart tv facilities) or staying connected with the free Wi-Fi provided.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with modern appliances to cater to all your culinary needs. Whether you prefer cooking a meal from scratch or simply reheating some leftovers, you'll find everything you need, including saucepans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, and more. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven, and hob, as well as a convenient washing machine.

The full-sized bathroom is well-appointed with a bathtub and shower enclosure, along with a toilet and sink. We provide complimentary toiletries to get you started for a day or two such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet rolls, so you can travel light.

Please note:
- It's located on the third floor, unfortunately no lift.
- That the entrance and hallway going into the unit is relatively slim
-It’s in a block of flats so if you’re a super light sleeper please use earplugs.
- TV does not have FTA - free to air (local) channels, tv can be connected to wifi using your device or as soon as the listing's wifi becomes available.
- Please do not leave any food out uncovered.
- Please note that this property does not have a coffee maker, only kettle.
- Please ensure the bathroom fan is always left on, there is a isolator switch outside the bathroom door please always ensure this is on

* The full address will be shared prior to your arrival.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for keys forgotten inside the flat. The full cost of replacing the lock will be charged if you lose the keys (a minimum of £200).
* My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
