Excellent location but sadly, my experience was horrible. Staircases are quite already steep and staff were very inconsiderate leaving vacuum cleaner in walking path down staircases which was very unsafe. My “private” bathroom was also quite nasty- others were using it and it was leaving from the day I got there to the day I left. Water heater also was non-existent. It’s a lovely property but needs better management.

We stayed for three nights on the top floor, at the start of August . The first day was warm, and that made our room very uncomfortable and hot. Stairs are very narrow (two feet) and steep. Bathroom needs good scrubbing around the base of shower pan, Beds are not comfortable. Towels and linens are clean Breakfast is very basic, only two choices of pork cold cuts, sweet yogurt, some cereal Stuff was VERY friendly, accommodating, and helpful

Milk for drinks missing from room Milk for breakfast smelt off I was part of a group of runners for the London landmarks half had to wait a lot for reception greeting Door handle for my room came off in my hand which was reported not an issue but not really a response either No attention during breakfast to see if we had all we needed Nice decor and solo room upgraded to double Great base

Overall good but skip breakfast and no lift!

The room itself was clean and a comfortable bed with no real view. This property is NOT suitable for anyone with any physical disabilities as there is no lift and only very narrow staircases (you would also struggle with more than just hand luggage.) The breakfast offering was laughably bad, dont bother, continental with little choice. However the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a nice amount of teas and coffees. Victoria station is about a 10 minute walk. I would recommend for a 1/2 night stay but you'll probably need to get breakfast elsewhere and if you arent physically fit you might struggle with 6 flights of stairs if you are on top floor

The start of my stay here was good. The room was small but cozy the area is good and the room was comfortable. I had room 8 which has a bathroom included however is it detached from the room and located down the staircase. The bathroom is very nice and has a sign that says “Room 8 Only” however I noticed that someone else was using the restroom. At least twice. Possibly more. The bathroom was steamy from someone taking a shower. I reported it to staff immediately following finding out someone just showered and asked the bathroom be cleaned they never cleaned it. I’ll let you know if I end up coming down with athletes food or ringworm or something.

Toller Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage! Wir waren positiv überrascht vom OYO Bakers Hotel! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von Victoria Station entfernt, perfekt für Sightseeing oder Weiterreisen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei Fragen wurde sofort unterstützt. Für ein Stadthotel in London bietet es ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

My stay was nice, all the basic amenities needed in a hotel. The location was perfect jn central London with lots of transportation options very close by. The downside was that I booked a private room with a private bathroom but it was not advertised that the bathroom was separate from my room. I had to go down 10 or so steps to get to my private bathroom instead of it being attached to the room like I thought. The service each day was wonderful though as the bed was made and I received fresh towels each day.

OYÓ Bakers is very close to both the Victoria Coach station and London Victoria Train station. The staff is very helpful. The room is cramped, but relatively clean.

Never again

The room was so small you could barely walk around the bed. The bed side lamp was falling off the wall. The people working there were clueless about anything you asked them. Couldn't tell you about anything in the surrounding area or directions. Plus very unfriendly. The breakfast was terrible. Pre-packaged everything or cold cereal and the same everyday. Cheap and hard mattress. I'll never book at Oyo again! It wasn't a cheap price either.

Moved to another hotel

Unfortunately, we did not end up staying at this hotel. When we tried to check in, the receptionist told us it was not possible to check us in as someone had already checked in with our name, and he had sent them to our room. We ended up being moved to an entirely different hotel (Colliers Hotel), and the room/hotel/amenities were just not what we expected. Travelling with a baby and my elderly mother, I felt like I could not refuse, and arguing would have potentially left us homeless for the night. Thankfully it was just a one night stay. That evening someone tried to gain entry into our room, and I kept receiving messages from the hotel that said we had not checked in?? It was all a bit strange. We returned to the hotel in the morning for breakfast, which was a usual/typical continental breakfast. No problems here. I appreciate their attempt to re-house us for the night, but I felt very vulnerable travelling with a baby and didn’t feel I got what I paid for. I’d hoped to hear back from the hotel with a resolution before writing this review but I have heard nothing.

Bom preço e boa localização

Boa, quarto muito pequeno e banheiro muito apertado. Mas tudo funcional. Bom atendimento e café da manhã honesto. Precisa renovar os moveis e edredons. Aquecedor só funciona durante a noite. Mas no geral é bom, bem localizado.

Très bon rapport qualité prix à proximité de la gare Victoria. 15 min à pied de Buckingham Palace et 40min de Piccadilly . La chambre est petite mais propre, personnel aimable et petit déjeuner inclus ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Londres.

Das Hotel ist klein,aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer auch sehr klein,aber zum schlafen und duschen reicht es Sauber war auch alles. Das Frühstück hat eine kleine Auswahl aber man wird satt. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Ich kann auch die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.

Nice, centrally located hotel

Hotel was very good for a lone female traveller business trip. Room was very clean and tidy. As with a lot of similar hotels in London, it needed some TLC on small details (paintwork) - so I'd give it a 4 out of 5 overall. But it wouldn't put me off going again. Very reasonably priced with continental breakfast in centre of London, so will book again. Q-Park Pimlico Parking nearby too which was handy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks! :)
