Excellent hotel & just a short walk from Paddington station. Staff friendly & attentive I've already booked a third stay in December. Breakfast is first class dont miss it.

Generally speaking everything was gone. Are you sure that glutenfree bread was wreally glutenfree thursday morning 22.5.2025. Couple hours after breakfast I get very sic (stomach ache and vomit. We had vouchers to Madane Thussayd cabinet but we wont go because I feel so ill

I have stayed here before and always will when in London. Great location to Paddington Station, within walking distance and awesome if you have a flight. Everyone is very friendly and professional, rooms are great and so is the breakfast.

Very smart hotel in Paddington

Very nice hotel near Paddington station. Very clean. The staff were welcoming and courteous. Good location for tube stations. Rooms, although small, are adequate. Well equipped and cleaned on a daily basis.

Disappointing

We opened the door to room and were confronted with a flight of stairs up to the main part of the accommodation. This was the last straw after a day of lugging cases up and down stairs at various stations and on ferry crossing. Trip hazard, another step, into bathroom. Both room and bathroom very small and cramped. Noisy and vibrating air conditioning units immediately outside window. Nothing like our previous experience of this hotel. Staff not able to change room.

Close to transportation

Nice location to different foods, and a close walk to Paddington Station as well as a stop for the big bus blue route and Toto’s. Only reason it wasn’t a “5” is because the walls and ceilings are fairly thin, so when people come back really late at night you can hear them.

My son and I had a wonderful stay! We stayed in a club room with two twins. The space is small in comparison to american hotels but we find it absolutely fine. It was clean with daily housekeeping. The bathroom was generous which was a plus. We never had a cold shower as some have mentioned in previous reviews. The staff were friendly. The location to Paddington Station was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I booked this nearly a year previously an on the booking you selected how many beds. On arrival there was only double an smal sofa bed. I requested 2 singles an double which that’s what I paid for! I was told lies that there is no single beds. More lies I went on to the site to check there’s the option for 2 singles a double sofa. I also requested pillows of course there was none the pillows in the room were paper thin an I was told they’d only one spare to give me. The manger never bothered checking with me or even giving us more the next day! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all unhelpful a beds were ridiculous uncomfortable. I will be seeking a part refund for this as it’s not what I booked an then to be told a pack of lies! Unacceptable that these hotels just throw u in whatever rooms they want

It did the job well

For the most part it was good. It was a very comfortable bed, a lovely breakfast and I did appreciate having a fridge in the hotel room to keep my drinks cool. You may see other reviews about the lack of space. Yes the lift is small, the hallways are narrow and the rooms (or certainty my room) are compact. However, this is London and space is on a premium. If you don't want to shell out an obscene amout of money you have to just to make the best of it. If you come prepared for the lack of space then this is a perfectly nice hotel with good facilities. Everything worked for me bar a my bedside sockets but I was able to use another one to charge up my mobile phone.

The location was great, and generally the room was nice - quite spacious by London standards. However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the day of check in, my sheets had a blood stain on it. I reported this to the front desk and when I returned to my room in the evening, the sheet was still there. The night employee had to get a new sheet and try to make it himself (since housekeeping had gone home). He also told me to speak with the manager in the morning - I did, and showed pictures of the blood stain, and there was never any follow up from the manager. We also noticed that when they clean your room, they don't change the sheets - they only make the bed and bring new towels. Several times new pillowcases were left on top of our suitcase. But then why not just change them? Additionally, if this matters to you - the rooms don't really come with deadbolts that you can lock when you're inside.
