This is a hotel I keep coming back to. Serviceminded staff. Great location for transport and places to eat. Quiet street.1 stop with the tube to High Street Kendington for shopping.

There is no fan or A/C it was very hot and even with the windows open we were sweating. It is tough to sleep when it is that hot.very small room. Great location, walkable to grocery and pubs, restaurants!

As always the good location in a quiet street. Stayed here a few times before. Once I had updated myself on the new customerfriendly rules for housekeeping I enjoyed my stay. Only one stop on the tube to High Street Kensington for shopping.Will stay there again.

Hotel was very close to Earls Court Tube, on a quiet road. It is a reasonable hotel for this part of London although a little tired in its decoration. The rooms were small - again normal for London at this price - but clean and the bathroom was spotless with a good shower. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful and deserves 5 stars! Will definitely stay there again.

The staff is helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it provides essentials for travelers, and it is nice and comfortable. However, the hairdryer and shower head could be improved. The hairdryer stopped working and then could be used after a while. The shower head could give a bit stronger water.

The young lady checked us in was great! Younger girl came on duty after wasn’t pleasant! We asked for washcloths she said they were put in your room cause they checked! We asked next morning the girl from first day said they don’t supply washcloths and if we wanted we would have to go elsewhere and purchase them! I thought maybe was their culture but found out it wasn’t! Not sure why any hotel will not supply? Also night clerk our key button messed up asked the older gentleman if could be fixed he said I don’t know wasn’t friendly at all so once again asked the young lady next morning she took care of the issue but says he is nice( we didn’t see that) only 2 things about hotel we liked was location. And the one young lady! Would appreciate to know why a hotel will not supply washcloths?

I love the Central location of the hotel with so many transport options, just 3 mins from Earls Court.The check in was smooth and informative, the single room was warm clean and comfortable.The shower was hot and worked well. It is very good value for money without losing out on quality. I was only there for 2 nights so didnt get to use the residents lounge with tea & coffee but it seems a great idea. I would certainly return.

Great location, the rooms very clean and the bed very comfortable. Earl Court station around the corner, nice and calm neighborhood. I stayed with my whole family. The staff very friendly and they let us check in early. Great option to stay.

Excellent, inexpensive hotel near tube

I've stayed here many times and it is always first rate. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is kind and helpful. It is also very near the Earl's Court tube station. Highly recommended.
