That was a small studio in a good place not far from the Hyde park, with small stove and small appliances inside + everything you need to make a breakfast or a diner. A lot of different stores and small restaurants around, really close to the subway station. But not the cleanest floor, broken toilet door lock, cracked walls and smoking neighbors. That's what you pay the low price for.

Pros: - Good central location - Lots of amenities and restaurants around - Room was clean, provided extra bedding - Bathroom clean - Provided ample cups and cutlery Cons - Provided no information regarding the check-in process, I had to escalate through Expedia to get some details. No information was shared with me until an hour before check-in - No reception AND no customer service available. Was told to message through Expedia but none of my messages were responded. Tried calling the numver provided but no-one answered my calls. - Wifi provided didn't work. Had to go hunting around the property to find a Wifi box that worked - Ceiling for the double bed is INCREDIBLY low, basically have to crawl to and from bed Overall, if you're desperate and need somewhere last, which was the case for me, then this is somewhat passable if you have no issues. The lack of customer service is incredibly concerning so book with caution.

The price was really low and the room was ...acceptable! Great location with pretty streets and good restaurants and coffee shops. Be prepared to carry baggage up a few flights of stairs, and to shower in a capsule bathroom. No human will greet you; check-in is all through key codes. Great for one night if you just need an OK place to sleep in London.

Very small room with a kitchenette and a broken TV. Only one of the five electrical outlets worked, and there was no space to leave clothes or unpack, like a wardrobe. I tried to contact them to report the kitchenette issue, but they didn't respond.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL BUT AN UNSTAFFED AIRBNB. ZERO HELP. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES, NO EMAILS. NUMBER ON BOOKING RECT IS OUT OF SERVICE. I TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE BOOKING. DAUGHTER NEVER USED HER 4TH FLOOR ROOM. THESE OLD HOUSES HAVE 2 FLIGHTS STEPS PER EACH FLOOR. NO SHOWERS. shower either scalding hot or freezing cold. No matter how adjust FIRE HAZARD. I am forensic investigator and there was NOT LEGAL SPACE between ends of two (??) beds and wall – less than 50cm. MOLD. Kitchen area reeks of mold. SLEEP IMPOSSIBLE Green bright light above bed 24 7, could not sleep for 3 nights had to buy eye mask. Night Lights on both sides bed broken NO HOTEL NAME ABOVE DOOR, TAXI DIDN’T WANT DROP US OFF DAUGHTER STAYED AT REAL HOTEL NEXT DOOR. Paid £255 for daughters room on 4th floor in unsafe attic, i think, we NEVER reached it and she had to stay at REAL hotel next door for £266 MORE. Avoid Bed also so soft after 2 nights i was not able to put weight on left leg til 2pm. NO PICS WILL UPLOAD IDK WHY. very small (279kb etc) WILL TRY POST AGAIN I plan to call health dept: no showers, not safe for fire egress, mold contamination.

This place was utterly filthy and disgusting. The carpet in the common walkway was heavily stained. The unit itself looked nothing like the photos. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the paint, and sticky floors. We tried to get a refund from the manager, but never heard back. This place should be shut down!!!

The property lacks a front desk, and they failed to respond to any emails or phone calls before checking in. To make matters worse, the room didn’t match the advertised pictures. It’s a complete scam. The worst part is the infestation of bugs. There are so many of them, and they bite all over my body. This facility should be shut down immediately.

My main issue is that the wifi never worked during my whole 3 day stay despite multiple attempts to fix the issue with staff. My building manager was really friendly and tried to help, but ultimately he couldn't fix it. I asked the company for a refund to pay for an EE hotspot and the they never got back to me about it despite multiple follow-ups. I'm still waiting for Expedia to follow up on a partial refund for me. I also felt the room was misrepresented in the photos. While the pictures made it look clean and bright, the walls were incredibly dirty and scuffed. The stairs in the main area of the building were absolutely filthy. I would definitely avoid this place if possible.
