Good power shower, but tray not deep enough so water runs on to the floor. No response from reception when calling. Room is tiny and poorly decorated. No help at all at concierge. ...

Very clean. Wonderful staff. Amazing work space. Great location that’s super close to the city airport and then so close to getting to other areas in London with the Jubilee line super close. Also good free coffee. I’ll absolutely stay again.
