Nice place. I would stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the lobby was great. Room is located really close to the Farringdon Station and Elizabeth Line. The room was cozy but worked for us. Some minor things that didn’t make it excellent include: leaking shower pipe splashes water, soap dispenser wasnt dispensing soap.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the Hub on Farringdon, was the air conditioning! LOL It was 30 degrees in London the week I was there in May 2026. I was not ready for that! The check-in/check-out process was simple. Hotel staff were super pleasant and helpful. There is a bar and restaurant area. A full English breakfast is available for 8 GBP. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate for guests. The room was small, but super well thought out. Very clean. The bed was comfortable and had a panel on the headboard to operate lights, air conditioning, etc. The bathroom had everything needed. I would definitely stay another time if I'm back in London.

The hotel has good security, as access to guest areas requires a room key. There is also an elevator, which was helpful when traveling with luggage. The room was compact but comfortable and well designed. I particularly appreciated the USB-A ports built into the desk, which made charging devices very convenient. The bathroom amenities were Baylis & Harding White Tea & Neroli products, which smelled lovely. The shower had good water pressure throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Farringdon Station. However, travelers with large suitcases should be aware that some of the surrounding pavements can be uneven and a little difficult to navigate with luggage. One minor inconvenience was that I was unable to obtain an extra towel immediately when I requested one. I received it later during the regular housekeeping service. Overall, I found the hotel clean, efficient, and comfortable, and I would consider staying here again on a future visit to London.

Great service from all staff, breakfast varied and good selection, plus all you could eat. Free coffees and teas available 24/7. Reception and bar open 24hrs. In our opinion, it was one of the best hotels for the price we paid. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean, simple, and nice. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location was great — close to the bus and metro stations. There were two male staff members who helped us a lot; unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but one was Indian and the other had blonde highlights in his hair.

The room was fine. They need ceiling fans or better ventilation. The AC was working but it blew around the corner from the bed. It’s a well known fact Americans like cold beverages. Put an ice machine in. At least on one floor. The food offerings from the bar area were terrible. Revamp the menu. Offer a sandwich. The breakfast was delicious.
