Hotel was a decent stay in a good spot in London. Points for location and being reasonable price-wise. But the rooms and bathroom are fairly small, even by Europe’s standards. It’s do-able for a couple of nights but would get frustrating for any longer. The AC was also not working properly - thankful the evenings cooled down and we could open a window!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and in need of some TLC. We enjoyed our stay and was in a perfect location. Would stay here again.

It’s currently being renovated which we weren’t aware off. We woke to a flood in the bathroom room water coming through the light fixture and coming out the door. Told the person on reception and she did nothing had to go out again as water was still coming through light. Asked where could we get ready or move rooms. Gave is another room to get ready and promised bathroom would be fixed and painted for us returning. It wasn’t painted paint still peeling from ceiling but luckily no more leaks. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and the room was a good size. Lovely comfortable beds. Ac not great but they had provide and small plug in unit also. Closed to either Victoria or Pimlico station tea coffee and hotels chocolate provided.

Great location 5 minutes from Pimlico tube station on the Victoria Line. Victoria 15 minutes walk away as is Buckingham Palace. Hotel is functional but room very small and the en suite was not fit for purpose with toilet 10mm from wall so difficult if you are 6 foot. As we were on ground floor quite noisy with people walking through reception and walls were quite thin. Room was clean and the staff in reception friendly. The room rate was chunky in relation to the size.

It was warm in our room for April, not sure if they didn't switch the A/C on yet or not but the 3rd floor stays quite warm. Asked the front deak to look at it and no change, if you don't mind hot and a smaller space it was just fine for us 2 (mom and teen). Good location close to the tube and bus, parks, Buckingham Palace, pubs, etc.
