Good hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Rooms are small and a bit dated, but it’s nice and quiet. Harrison’s cafe next door is simply amazing.

No faults stay

Nice room. Spacious, clean. Shower was great. Bathroom was good. Tea making facilities good. Check in staff lovely. Will stay again when the price is right.

Perfect for budget 2 nights exploring city

Staff were great. Very clean on the whole (pile of the last customers dirty washing was left on bedroom floor). Property does need some renovations and things shabby or broken such as tiles, toilet seat, shower tray but its kept clean. Amazing location and beds comfy.

Location was great, very close to Paddington. Great breakfast place a few doors down and walkable to other dining. The hotel itself was not "luxury" but worked well for our needs. The staff was EXCELLENT and very kind. Check in and out were a breeze. We stayed in a room with 4 single beds, which was perfect for our needs.

Wondeful spot for maneuvering around central london. Paddington station within walking distance. Great cafes and eateries all around. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Great value. Would definitely recommend.
