Dear Guest, Very sorry to hear about your experiance. But i can assure you that there are no bugs in rooms. Your stay was with us was for two nights. If you would have brought any issue to our attention during your stay we would have been more then happy to assist. As the issue was reported at checkout so as courtesy we waived charges for late check out and fee for undeclared pets was also waived. We hope you will give us chance to serve you in future. We owe you $40 ($50 deposit - $10 pet fee) We could have refunded your remaining deposit at checkout if you had came to front office. Will need your card detail to refund your balance. Dear Guest, thank you for your time to write a review, we would like to apologize for your negative experience. the business is under new management and we are trying our best to make our guest experience a pleasure one. based on your review we have instructed housekeeping to replace sheets, pillowcase and blanket (even though their report did not suggested any stains on it - I am sure they missed to see what you experienced). unfortunately not all room has AC, $89 is including tax for non-ac room, we provided you a fan. TV replacement is in progress. its our motto to make sure guest's stay and experience is worth more then what you pay. Hi, We apologize you did not enjoy your stay. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration. That is correct we do not provide any cups or water and neither does our online or pictures show that we provide such things in the rooms. However, our front desk has complimentary tea bags, cups, lids, stir sticks laid out for all customers to take if they feel. And we do sell water and soda. Also, we want all customers to enjoy their stay so we do advise our customers to contact us during their stay if anything is needed; so we can correct anything you are not happy with.
