They asked me if i wanted to upgrade first when i checked in for another $75 a night... i said no, I'll keep the room I paid for. Then he said ,The king bed room with a fountain view room that I paid for was not available upon arrival, they only had queen beds left and asked me if that would be ok, I did not want queen beds so i said I guess I'll have to take the upgrade then, to get the king, then I get charged $85 extra a night. Smh. If you give away my room, then you should upgrade for free. This wasn't my fault, it was yours.... It reminded me of the Seinfeld episode with the rent a car. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

An Exceptional Stay at the Waldorf Las Vegas! I had an excellent time during my stay at the Waldorf. The hotel is stunning,elegant, calm, and perfectly located right in the heart of the Strip. The location couldn’t be better — everything is walkable, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shows, and attractions. I especially loved the crystal shops and luxury boutiques nearby, it's a must-visit if you enjoy high-end shopping and beautiful design. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere relaxing, and every detail felt refined and thoughtfully done. I can’t wait to come back. It was truly a top-tier Vegas experience! ✨

Small room but I was by myself. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely recommend!
