The property was conveniently located near Paddington Station and therefore convenient to London sites. Rooms were small, but comfortable.

The room, although small, was still perfectly functional. The only small observation was that the shower cubicle was quite claustrophobic. The staff were very helpful and overall we had a lovely stay there and would stay again.

Nice hotel, close to local pubs and food though the area is rather noisy and without air-conditioning the window needed to be open, leading to a lot of noise.

Nice location. We booked four beds in a room but when we arrived it was not available. We changed rooms the next day. Good hot coffee. Had to request toilet paper as it was nit replaced when they cleaned the room. Staff lady in am was friendly but not the others in evening.

Nice location, 10 min walk from Paddington giving easy access to the underground. Plenty of places to eat and shop are available around. Room was confortable and clean, with a portable AC to provide fresh air. Some more furniture to be able to unpack the bags would have been nice. There was only the drawers of the night stands. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect would be about the Breakfast. Choice and quality were basic, and the room is small, if you come after 08:30, you will have to wait for a table to be available.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great and accommodating. Awesome location close to all amenities and tube as well public transport. Only fault I couldn’t turn off the bathroom heating and asked for it to be addressed as London was warm so no need to have hearing on.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We saw a rat in our room in the middle of our stay and the hotel manager did not believe me and accused me of making it up. I saw it run past my foot and into the bathroom! And prior to seeing the rat, when I had stepped in the droppings in our bathroom, the front desk's response was to just clean it up myself with some tissue paper! Terrible customer service! DO NOT STAY HERE! They did switch us to a new room with no rats and the rest of our stay was fine. (We only stayed because our booking was non-refundable and there was nothing else reasonably priced and available during this summer/holiday season). The breakfast was decent and the breakfast staff were lovely.

The good: The staff were very friendly and catered for us very well. Transport around the area was really good and optimal for our entire trip. The neutral: Rooms were a bit smaller than expected as the design of the room we were in made it more cramped then it should of been, maybe include more pictures of the rooms to fix this. The bad: Had a few noisy neighbours especially near 12am~2am as the walls are paper thin but this is not to the fault of the hotel.

Good location, easily walkable from Paddington and Queensway Tube Station ( Central Line) . The Reception staff were superb and very helpful. Nice area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Kensington Park. The room met our needs with all the facilities we required. I've stayed in a few hotels around this area and this was the best, I've used. We had our 5 year old Granddaughter with us and the staff were so kind to her, she liked it too .
