Great hotel!

Genuinely a brilliant hotel. Super friendly at check in, was provided with an ironing board ect and the place even had a small elevator. Which a fair amount of hotels in this area don't. Room was great, little balcony out the front too. Air conditioning and overall great. Breakfast was also decent downstairs with a good selections of bits and bobs, including some hot food too. Close to paddington and Hyde Park. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great and accommodating. Awesome location close to all amenities and tube as well public transport. Only fault I couldn’t turn off the bathroom heating and asked for it to be addressed as London was warm so no need to have hearing on.

Everything was wonderful and described online. It is quiet and walkable for shopping, food and the tube. Abdullah checked us in and quickly became our friend he greeted us everyday and always asked how our day was and if we needed anything just to ask. I will definitely stay here again. I should mention that while in London I got sick and needed to see a doctor and pharmacy, Abdulla helped us find an Urgent care and pharmacy. 24 hours later I was back on my feet and feeling better. Thank you Duke of Leinster!

Great London location. Family friendly

Super friendly staff, very responsive. We stayed in a family room (5 ppl) and it was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast spread. Centrally located between 3 stations in a quiet, safe neighborhood with pubs, restaurants and convenience stores close by.

Good location, easily walkable from Paddington and Queensway Tube Station ( Central Line) . The Reception staff were superb and very helpful. Nice area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Kensington Park. The room met our needs with all the facilities we required. I've stayed in a few hotels around this area and this was the best, I've used. We had our 5 year old Granddaughter with us and the staff were so kind to her, she liked it too .

The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. The area nearby look safe to me. Walking distance to underground station, and a lot of shops/restaurant near the station. Also waking distance to Hyde Park.

Nice location. We booked four beds in a room but when we arrived it was not available. We changed rooms the next day. Good hot coffee. Had to request toilet paper as it was nit replaced when they cleaned the room. Staff lady in am was friendly but not the others in evening.

The good: The staff were very friendly and catered for us very well. Transport around the area was really good and optimal for our entire trip. The neutral: Rooms were a bit smaller than expected as the design of the room we were in made it more cramped then it should of been, maybe include more pictures of the rooms to fix this. The bad: Had a few noisy neighbours especially near 12am~2am as the walls are paper thin but this is not to the fault of the hotel.

Nice location, 10 min walk from Paddington giving easy access to the underground. Plenty of places to eat and shop are available around. Room was confortable and clean, with a portable AC to provide fresh air. Some more furniture to be able to unpack the bags would have been nice. There was only the drawers of the night stands. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect would be about the Breakfast. Choice and quality were basic, and the room is small, if you come after 08:30, you will have to wait for a table to be available.

The hotel is located in a very nice and central area, very close to the the underground. Good rates for breakfast being also included. The staff was friendly and supportive. The only problem was the room and the bathroom both too small for 2 people. Anyhow It was perfect for short stay

realy nice hotel

Service from staff is exelent. both the breakfast staff and the reception staff is doing their outmost to please the guests. Bathrooms are very small and the same goes for the escalator. but despides that the hotel is near perfect when it comes to location
