Very nice grounds and comfortable place. Great location for walking or using the Tube. Very loud at night outside since there are many bars/restaurants on the streets below it. I would recommend thicker windows and providing tissue and washcloths in the bathroom. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great location!

Very nice central location - everything to see is right below the flat! The flat was clean, tidy, and Cove St Martin tried to accommodate all of our requests. Thank you! The only drawback would be that the beds are uncomfortable.

We had a delightful stay at the St. Martin’s property! The apartment is gigantic by European standards, and had a lovely cross-breeze with the patio doors & window open! It is also central to many theatres, great shopping/restaurants, and the metro. We had a couple hiccups with checkin that the Cove team was able to quickly resolve. As I expect is typical in Europe, the washer/dryer left the clothes rather damp. But the drying rack in the closet served its function :-). Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Location, checkin/out process, safety, cleanliness The bed was slightly over used and the toilet bowl was slightly loose at unit on 4th floor. The windows self locks at a certain time at night which was a bit strange but then is accessible in the morning.

The property was clean, spacious, practical, and in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. What I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning in the unit and was very hot the week we were there. Also the bathroom had poor ventilation due to a lack of a fan.

Cove St Martins was situated in a fabulous place in Covent garden. Bills is literally downstairs and serve lovely food. We had breakfast which was amazing. A very short walk from leister square tube station and surrounded by fabulous cafes, bars and shops as well as being just a few minutes walk from the royal opera house and the covernt garden markets and stores. The apartment was clean and well presented. I used the contact number and was helped immediately with my enquiry. I would absolutely book again.

-apartment was not clean -check-in experience was a nightmare -the facility was not clean, there was garbage on the floor, the beds were like junk -there was a mouse (real mouse) in the apartment, they catch it at the 3rd day -location of facility is super, apartment is big enough for 6-7 but service quality was extremely low

This property can be summed up in one word: location. It's in the centre of the theatre district and major theatres are less than a five minutes' walk away. There are many restaurant options everywhere around and Tesco Express stores (we ate breakfast in, generally) are equally close. It must be said that there were a couple of issues when we checked in; due to our having to take a later flight, we checked in on the second day of our booking, but even so, when we arrived, the room had not been cleaned. To make things worse, the wifi was not working. A phone call for each problem was all that was needed, however: while we went out for dinner, housekeeping came in and cleaned the room and we were given the wifi password for the room next door and we "piggybacked" on them for the rest of the week with no problem. Staff were very apologetic and helpful. The apartment (we were in #2) is comfortable and functional, with lots of natural light, and the appliances (washer/dryer, oven and stove, dishwasher work well, although not intuitively for North Americans. (Don't bother with the dryer, as it doesn't do a very good job - use the large drying rack supplied instead). We were extremely happy with Cove St. Martin's and would highly recommend it.

Best area to stay at the heart of Covent Gardens

Great location and was very helpful to have a kitchen and washing machine. internet was very slow., but for the price and the value, I cannot complain anyway were were out and about most of the day. it was very convenient to have so many food options and restaurants and we walked almost everywhere to all the sightseeing and shopping areas. For theater lovers this is prime location next to so many theaters. First choice is staying in London loved the apartment and not being bothered everyday like in hotels but still got the room cleaned and stocked up every few days.

The one bed apartment is gorgeous and is very comfortable. It's close to restaurants, cafes, theatres, plus the underground and buses. WiFi is slow but we were mostly out sightseeing, so not a major problem. There is plenty of storage in the property, should you be staying longer term, and there are heavy curtains to block out the light - which is a thoughtful detail. Would be useful to be able to store luggage in the building before and after your stay.

Très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le samedi soir, c'est un peu bruyant mais les autres jours, nous n'avons pas été dérangés. L'appartement en lui-même est fonctionnel, literie très confortable.

Excellent location easy walk from Covent Gatden and Leicester Sq. you do have to go to another Cove apartment to collect keys and Cove St Martins not the easiest to find with maps it’s in between Bills and Dishoom in The Yard. Apartment was great for space but is very hot and with it being in such a busy area it is noisy. Apartment has everything you need with free tea coffee and milk provided
